I think that a visual signal may help kid we put up small boards or posters.
But if we see a scooterist or motorcyclist is passing you with his side stand in open position a Siren or hooting sound will reach him better. Even if he has passed you he can listen to the warning sound angry check his side stand while riding.

That is indeed a very interesting thought. I spent a little time thinking about it. How about a tilted victory sign, i think it would make sense. You would use just two fingers to convey the message.
